In the public management e-government understand and Ministry of Finance e-government applications

Understanding of e-state is accelerated with the usage of information
technologies in business processes to solve existing problems and to satisfy
expectations. In this study, progress achieved in application of e-state which
symbolizes a radical progress in our country and its effects are analyzed. In this
scope, e-finance projects which are developed by the Ministry of Finance and have
pioneer position are analyzed. The places of applied projects in transformation stage,
returns to citizens and enterprises are determined as the field of application.
