Product of work machines nails use little steel of heat treatment

Products of work machines nails use SAE/AISI 4340 steels. Steels have high hardenability and it gets to hardness. So these steels can obtain toughness.These toughness hasn’t important dropping.We use these steels because this is important event for sector. Manifacture of casting, forcing or another methods at nails have some characteristic. Nails have characteristic with heat treatment and heat treatment define of using existence.

In this study, steel of SAE/AISI 4340 was used different heat treatment on same type specimen. Then we show when it can be different mechanic characteristic.
