The conclusion arrived after this study is that our emotions make up an important part of our lives since our emotions determine our point of view about the world, what kind of values / meanings we give to the instances, situations and objects around us. Starting from the fact that forerunner of each emotion is thought, we think that perhaps our thoughts are more dominantly directing our lives comparing to our emotions.
Happy people who have caught peace always look at the world through the window of positiveness. Both Descartes and Spinoza mentioned frequently about the effects of constructive emotions on people in terms of their emotional and ethical views. If a person is under the influence of destructive emotions, he/ she shall struggle for avoiding this situation. There is not any emotion which is not a teacher or do not

contribute anything to us. Even negative emotions are some kind of opportunities for us to discover the strength in us only if we can achieve to change them. At the stage of directing our lives, we shall learn to benefit from them after reviewing our thoughts and recognizing our emotions, recognizing their origins.
If we can prove this capability, out attitude will also take its share from this as a result. State and attitudes of all people who have discovered the power of thoughts and emotions will be different. The person will be aware of all aspects of him and be able to turn these potential powers into activity. A person who has achieved to realize himself is inevitably aware of his value. Such a person aware of his value at the top level is at such a level that he can make healthy, beautiful and productive evaluations pertaining to his environment, other people, events and situations and objects.
